Finally a chance to eat (tag Aria)

Anamosa had spent most of the day helping in the hot kitchens with all the other kitchen helpers. Really though it was a nice change to just sitting in the weyr of the bronzerider that had searched her. Anamosa didn't really mind the bronzerider she stayed with. Sure he was like most bronzeriders, arrogant and full of himself, saw her as more of a thing than a person, but she was use to that kind of treatment. By now she had learned that simply making the man happy kept her happy as well. So she was fine with the situation.

Now that all her hard work had paid off and the evening meal was served and people were starting to eat. She was told they were done with her for the day and therefore could leave. She knew she should return to the weyr pretty soon, but she had to eat something she was so hungry. So she waited her turn to get a plate of food and then, ignoring so risque calls from some of the other riders, sat down to eat quickly. She hoped she would be allowed to eat in relative privacy.
